Agreement

By using outstandingtiny.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Operator: outstandingtiny (personal brand / individual). Contact: support@outstandingtiny.com.

You must be at least 18. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

We provide a digital web service that generates short AI Tiny Desk–style meme videos from photos you upload. You upload a lead face and may optionally add band faces (up to 5 faces total), assign who sings or plays sax, and generate a fixed-timeline clip (about 12 seconds, 9:16). There is no free-form prompt — camera, scene, and rhythm are fixed by the product.

Output quality and likeness depend on your uploads. We do not promise perfect lip sync, singing accuracy, or that every face will look identical to the photo. Results are not guaranteed to be perfect.

Every paid video includes original AI accompaniment timed to the meme cut — music included · original AI accompaniment · not the Outstanding recording. We do not provide the Outstanding master recording, Gap Band audio, melody copies, lyrics from that song, or NPR Tiny Desk Concert audio. outstandingtiny.com is not affiliated with NPR or any official Tiny Desk Concert.

The service is a digital, intangible product. After confirmed payment, video credits are applied to your account for immediate use, subject to these Terms.

AI models we use

outstandingtiny uses third-party AI models via the Kie AI platform (kie.ai — a routing gateway, not a generative brand):

• Photos: your uploaded photos are used for the video
• Audio and video: ByteDance Seedance 2.0 via Kie AI (model-native accompaniment and video in one render)

Sample and demo faces on the site are AI-generated sample people, not user uploads. Paid videos use the photos you upload.

Marketing stays under the outstandingtiny brand only. We do not claim endorsement by ByteDance, Kie AI, NPR, or any Tiny Desk Concert rightsholder. Typical paid renders take a few minutes depending on queue load.

Upload rules

Only upload photos of people who said yes. No minors or public figures without permission.

• Consent: You confirm every person in the photo agreed to be uploaded and turned into a video.
• No minors: Do not upload anyone under 18.
• No public figures without permission: No celebrities, politicians, influencers, or other recognizable public figures unless you have clear rights.
• You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you share the finished video.

Accounts and purchases

• Purchases are one-time packs / per-video credits only — no subscription and no auto top-up.
• Public pricing:
  • First video (new user): $4.90 within 24 hours of signup, one per person
  • Then: 1 video $9.90 · 2 videos $15.90 · 5 videos $29.90
• Purchased video credits are valid for 1 year from purchase (unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout). No watermark on paid renders unless a specific pack says otherwise at checkout.
• Payments via Waffo Pancake. We do not store full card numbers. Your statement may show outstandingtiny and/or a Waffo Pancake descriptor. Privacy and Terms are hosted on outstandingtiny.com only.
• Confirmed fails return credits. A job still processing is not a failure. Credits are returned for confirmed failed renders. Pending or uncertain renders stay reserved until status is resolved.
• Each purchase is a one-time authorization for the amount shown at checkout. Prices may change; the price at checkout applies to that purchase.
• Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you authorize payment.

Billing and refunds

Contact support@outstandingtiny.com for billing and refunds (include account email + transaction / order ID). We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Eligible / how we handle money:

• Confirmed failed render: credits for that attempt are returned (or were never consumed) once failure is confirmed — no separate cash refund is required for that credit return.
• Duplicate charge or clear billing error: full refund of the erroneous charge.
• Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: you may request a full refund if no video credits from that purchase have been used.
• Statutory rights: where applicable law grants withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
• Service termination by us without your breach: we refund the unused, unexpired prepaid portion as described in Breach and termination, including outside the 7-day unused-purchase window.

Generally non-refundable:

• Credits already used for a successful render (or otherwise consumed).
• Purchases after the 7-day unused window (except duplicate/error, termination by us without your breach, or required by law).
• Accounts terminated for violating these Terms (no refund of unused credits unless required by law).

Please contact us before opening a bank chargeback so we can fix billing errors faster.

Your content and license

You keep rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. We do not use your uploads to train third-party foundation models without your explicit consent.

As between you and outstandingtiny, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the rights in the AI-generated videos created for you. We assign to you any rights we may hold in those outputs. You may download, edit, reproduce, share, and use them for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights or model-provider license restrictions.

AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection, and outputs may not be unique. We do not grant rights to other people’s likenesses, trademarks, protected recordings, melodies, or lyrics. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and securing any additional rights needed for your use. Ownership does not permit uses prohibited by the Acceptable use section below.

Acceptable use

This section applies to uploaded photos, role selections, generated audio and video, and content you distribute using the service.

Prohibited content

Do not upload, generate, or distribute:

• Pornography/NSFW: nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of real people.
• Violence/gore: graphic injury, extreme violence, or content promoting violent harm.
• Hate speech: content attacking protected groups, promoting hatred, or inciting genocide.
• Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexualized minors, or other content endangering children. This service also prohibits uploading anyone under 18.
• Deepfakes/impersonation: real-person face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate interactions, or fabricated statements or actions attributed to a real person. A subject’s permission does not authorize otherwise prohibited deepfakes.
• Copyright/trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected recordings, melodies, lyrics, characters, logos, trademarks, or other protected material.

Child sexual exploitation, terrorism or extremist violence, and instructions enabling weapons of mass destruction are prohibited without exception. Do not use the service for fraud, defamation, harassment, threats, doxxing, invasions of privacy, or other unlawful activity.

Upload rights and other prohibited conduct

Upload only your own photos or photos for which each pictured adult has given explicit permission. Clicking Generate confirms those rights and permissions, that everyone pictured is 18 or older, and your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Permission to upload does not override the prohibited-content rules.

Do not bypass safety controls or access restrictions; use automated scraping or systematic bulk extraction of outputs; resell account access without our written approval; or use service inputs, outputs, or responses to train, fine-tune, distill, or benchmark competing AI models. Do not misrepresent AI output as authentic footage or as the work of a licensed professional in a way that could cause harm.

Screening and review

When generation is available, we use SeeAPI to screen uploaded images and generated video for sexual-content safety signals before generation or release. Flagged requests can enter an administrator review queue; results awaiting review are not released. Automated screening has limits and does not establish a person’s age, permission, or ownership of rights. We may also review reported content and refuse or remove content that violates these rules. We do not promise continuous human monitoring or that automated screening detects every violation.

Reports, action, and appeals

Report suspected violations or unauthorized use of your likeness to support@outstandingtiny.com. Include the relevant page or job ID and a description; do not send additional sensitive material unless we request it. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days, prioritize serious safety reports, and investigate the available information.

We may block a request, remove or restrict content, warn a user, suspend or terminate an account, or report unlawful content when required, as described in Breach and termination. If you believe we made a mistake, email the same address with the job ID and reasons for an appeal. These measures do not limit statutory consumer rights or the refund rules below.

Breach and termination

These Terms apply while you use the service. We may, with or without prior notice where appropriate:

• warn you;
• delete or disable violating uploads or outputs;
• restrict features or refuse further generations;
• suspend or permanently terminate your account;
• deny refunds where termination is for your breach (unless law requires otherwise);
• report illegal activity to authorities when required.

We may also suspend or terminate for suspected fraud or as required by law. You may request account deletion anytime at support@outstandingtiny.com.

If we terminate your account or discontinue the paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused, unexpired prepaid video credits. The refund is the amount actually paid for each affected pack multiplied by its unused credits divided by its original credit count. Free or promotional credits have no cash value; expired credits are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise. Credits reserved for an unresolved job are reconciled when that job’s outcome is confirmed.

This refund does not depend on the 7-day unused-purchase window. We will notify you using your account email and process the refund within 5–10 business days after termination and reconciliation of any pending jobs. Refunds go to the original payment method where supported; if that is unavailable, we will agree an alternative with you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI output can look wrong, fail, or be inaccurate. We are not liable for how third-party platforms treat your posts. Sample videos are labeled AI-generated and are illustrative only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, outstandingtiny’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase at issue in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes

Contact support@outstandingtiny.com for billing, refunds, and disputes. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be noted by email when we have your address. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
